These emails should be concise and sent within a few days after the consultation.
If questions require extensive explanation, new symptoms arise, or an adjustment of recommendations is needed, a follow-up session will be recommended.
Clinical or administrative queries will not be handled via social media or unauthorized channels.

Payment for consultations is made in advance at the time of booking.
Once a booking is confirmed, we start working on your case, including personalized assessment forms and questionnaires that are part of the preparation process.
For this reason, payments are non-refundable once the reservation has been completed, except in cases of force majeure duly justified.
No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted, and the consultation will be considered completed.

Invoices are generated automatically based on the information entered by the client at the time of payment.
Due to legal and tax obligations, invoices cannot be modified, reissued, or rectified once issued.
We will not issue invoices in the name of third parties (such as relatives or companies) if this information was not correctly provided at the time of booking.
Invoices will include the registration number of Teresa Izquierdo, in compliance with applicable regulations.
