We start with a full picture of your current eating habits, your history with food, and what life in the US has changed. From there we build a practical plan together, one that works with your schedule, your budget, and the supermarket you actually shop in. By session three you'll have a clear, sustainable way of eating that feels like yours, not like a diet someone handed you.
