You send me photos of your pantry and your regular supermarket buys. I give you honest, specific feedback, what to keep, what to swap, and exactly what to look for instead. Most people don't need a meal plan. They need someone to look at what they're already buying and tell them honestly what's working and what isn't. Before the session you send me photos of your pantry, fridge, and a few of your regular buys. We go through everything together on a Zoom call — label by label, product by product. You'll leave knowing exactly what to change, what to keep, and which American products are actually worth buying.
