Three sessions over six weeks. Enough time to understand where you are, make real changes, and build habits that don't fall apart when life gets busy. This is my main coaching programme. We start with a full picture of your current eating habits, your history with food, and what life in the US has changed. From there we build a practical plan together, one that works with your schedule, your budget, and the supermarket you actually shop in. By session three you'll have a clear, sustainable way of eating that feels like yours, not like a diet someone handed you. Session breakdown: Session 1 — Full assessment: your food history, current habits, goals, and what's actually getting in the way Session 2 — Progress + adjustments: what's working, what isn't, and how to adapt Session 3 — Long-term plan: building habits that hold. Leaving with a clear, written guide that's yours to keep What's included: ✓3 × 60-min Zoom sessions over 6 weeks ✓Written summary after each session ✓Personalised eating guide delivered after session 3 ✓Email support between sessions ✓Available in English or Spanish

If you intend to cancel your appointment, at least 24 hours notice should be given. If an appointment is missed or cancellation is given with less than 24 hours notice the full appointment fee will be charged. Please also be mindful that there is a waiting list of clients seeking help: if you don’t require the space please free it up as soon as you know.
